This year has been a milestone for us, and the highlights include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Expanding Summer Programs<\/strong>: We hosted a successful summer camp with a 10% increase in participants. Our program focused on closing the summer learning gap, offering educational enrichment, physical fitness, arts and crafts, and spiritual offerings such as morning prayer and afternoon reflections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empowering Young Writers<\/strong>: We supported seven young writers from the Boyle Heights community in publishing their work, providing them a platform to share their stories and overcome personal challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strengthening Partnerships<\/strong>: Our collaboration with local businesses has allowed us to create more opportunities for the youth, ensuring they receive support from the broader community.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focus on Holistic Development<\/strong>: Our programs offer a well-rounded approach, including STEM education, physical activities, and spiritual guidance that foster creativity, personal growth, and spiritual development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spiritual and Personal Growth<\/strong>: We observed a 10% increase in spiritual growth and a 25% increase in personal growth among our participants, reflecting the effectiveness of our holistic approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Engaging Cultural Programs<\/strong>: Our new program, which invites business owners to speak with immigrant youth, is bridging cultural gaps and providing high school students with mentorship and inspiration to pursue their dreams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-ct3xh586\">We are open to any feedback, please email is at <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"mailto:info@SalesianClubs-LA.org\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>info@SalesianClubs-LA.org<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-mycp82457\">If you would like to support us, join our Annual Gala that will take place on February 22, 2024.
