All Cooperators and Candidates are also invited to this fraternal and formative experience. We hope for representation from all Centers and ask that you support each other in making this possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theme: \u201cSparkle Our Light for Don Bosco\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purpose:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> Communicate the state of our Province and Centers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify the growth and development of the life of the Association in the Province, and continued Salesian formation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Election of the Provincial Council according to the modalities of the Regulations of the Congress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage all members to attend this important Congress meeting and participate in the decision-making process. Your presence and input are invaluable to the continued success and growth of our Association. Based on the members of the Local Council in each Center, we require a quorum of half plus one to hold official voting. Please make plans to attend in person if you are a member of your Local Council or a Delegate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration fee:<\/strong> $120* includes all meeting spaces, office supplies, stipends, chapel and mass supplies, t-shirt, and deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is extended to July 31, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Housing:<\/strong><br \/>Single occupancy room &#8211; <strong>$90 per night, for two nights with meals<\/strong><br \/>Double occupancy room &#8211; <strong>$80 per person per night, for two nights with meals<\/strong><br \/>SDB\/FMA &#8211; <strong>Accommodations will be provided<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*<strong>If not staying in overnight accommodations, an additional $43 will be added to cover meals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Links on the <a href=\"https:\/\/salesiancooperators.com\">Salesian Cooperators USA West<\/a> website will provide additional information on the Congress itinerary, registration, and Provincial Council nomination forms.
