Not so our God, true God who is Spirit. He has spoken to us, led us, accompanied and instructed us to make a dwelling place for Him on Mount Zion in Jerusalem. Our God is Spirit and He is Truth. He came to live with us.

In our era of the true religion, the Lord Jesus insists that though He is human, His origin is from heaven (see Jn chapter 5). In fact, He made it quite clear that He and the Father are One and that the signs He was working were proof of His heavenly origin and being. He was the Spirit God made flesh. One God, one faith, one religion of heaven and of earth.

Our Advent readings prepare us for the greatest of all birthdays, that of the Son of God, Son of Mary, promised Messiah and Savior, now born for us. De hecho, dejó muy claro que Él y el Padre son Uno y que las señales que Él estaba actuando eran prueba de Su origen y ser celestial. Él era el Espíritu que Dios hizo carne.
