Repentance and forgiveness are constant requirements in this world. As humans, we err and fall into sins. We need to reconcile with one another to see the presence of God in everyone, and very specially, to see him at his second coming. In the gospel of today, Jesus, citing the prophet Isaiah, gives us certain elements to work upon to make our lives in union with God. Let’s examine our own lives with these criteria.

El arrepentimiento y el perdón son exigencias constantes en este mundo. Como humanos cometemos errores y caemos en pecados. Necesitamos reconciliarnos unos con otros para ver la presencia de Dios en cada uno y muy especialmente para verlo en su segunda venida. En el evangelio de hoy, Jesús citando al profeta Isaías, nos da ciertos elementos sobre los cuales trabajar para hacer nuestra vida en unión con Dios. Examinemos nuestra propia vida con estos criterios.
