Animakit App Expands its Reach with New Language Support

(ANS – Brussels) – Don Bosco Youth-Net (DBYN) and Bosco Base have announced exciting updates to the Animakit app, their innovative tool for animators and youth leaders. Originally launched in the summer of 2024, the app is now available in multiple languages, including English, Dutch, Hungarian, and French. Moreover, translations into German, Italian, and Spanish are underway and will soon be uploaded, making the app accessible to a wider audience of young people across Europe.

The app, which features over 200 game ideas, a built-in dice tool, and a randomiser, is particularly useful for animators working in summer camps and other youth activities. It is designed to inspire creativity and facilitate dynamic group interactions, perfectly aligned with Don Bosco’s pedagogical vision.

Available for free on Google Play and the App Store, Animakit is a growing resource for animators across Europe. DBYN has expressed its gratitude to the volunteers who have contributed to the translation efforts and invites others to assist in adding more local languages.
