(Bellflower, California) – And just like that, week 8 of the school year is underway and fall is in full swing. Time is flying. We have so much to look forward to as we enter the month of October! Our College Fair is next Monday, our Homecoming traditions are just around the corner, our fall play opens in a few weeks, our first group of this year’s seniors are going on their Kairos retreat soon, and we’re hosting several important events for future Braves, including our Open House.
And to top it all off, our football team will be competing at SoFi Stadium — home of the LA Rams and LA Chargers — on October 18th vs Servite! What an incredible opportunity for our student-athletes, coaches, band, cheerleaders and entire school community.
As we head into a busy month full of wonderful opportunities for our students, we thank you for all of your support! [See below] for a rundown of some of what lies ahead the next 4 weeks.
What a time to be a Brave!!
It’s HOMECOMING season!! Get ready for an epic night of reunions and brotherhood on Friday, October 11th, as we welcome our Braves and SJ sisters home to relive the good times and make new memories together. 
Here’s what we have planned for you:
3pm – Campus Tours
4pm – Champions Village Opens for Alumni
5pm – Champions Village Opens for All
7pm – Kickoff vs Santa Margarita
Halftime – Crowning of Homecoming Queen

Open House is just around the corner on Sunday, October 27th. It’s a day we look forward to all year, when we have the privilege of sharing what makes St. John Bosco High School so special. From our incredible community to our rich traditions and student programs, we can’t wait to give you a glimpse of what being a Brave is truly all about.
