(Laredo, Texas) – The Salesian parish of San Luis Rey in Laredo, Texas, came alive with joy and gratitude as the community gathered to celebrate St. John Bosco, the beloved father and teacher of youth. The event was marked by a festive Mass, during which Bro. Jorge Galvis, SDB, renewed his temporary Salesian vows, reaffirming his commitment to serving young people in Don Bosco’s spirit.

A special highlight of the celebration was introducing the new Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA) group, which strengthens devotion to Mary and deepens the Salesian family’s spiritual journey.
