Through the Scriptures of Trinity Sunday, our Church reveals much about the God we worship. First, from the Book of Proverbs, that by His nature, He is the fullness of Wisdom. It is of His Being, and everything God created reveals His Wisdom. Wisdom entered every aspect of the earth we observe. Wisdom was present in God as the heavens and the sky above were made. The foundations of the earth, the limits of the sea, are all of His craftsmanship and under his command. He delights in the Wisdom of all He made. This is the God we continue to adore.
O Lord, our God, how wonderful
Your name in all the earth!
Wisdom shone powerfully in the Creator God. For us, Faith in Abraham’s one true God has led to righteousness and peace found by Faith in the Risen Christ, our Savior. Paul teaches, “Justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” A chain of grace greets us now from God, Creator; to Jesus, Justifier; to Holy Spirit, Breath of Forgiveness and Peace. On this Trinity Sunday, Paul, with theological reasoning, connects us with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Not even affliction can disconnect us. He says. We trust, even boast, that we share the glory of God, the Faith of our Church.
In the Gospel, Jesus at the Last Supper before His priestly prayer, lamented that He could not reveal all He wanted, for He would not be understood. He distinguished the Holy Spirit from Himself, saying, “But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, He will guide you to all truth.” Not the Spirit’s own truth, but truth likely heard from Jesus Himself. The Church, WE, share the nature of God, but we, Christ’s members, are not all the same.
The Father God is different from His Son, Jesus, and the Spirit. They are three, and different from one another. Two verses (Jn 16:14-15) spoken by Jesus at the end of today’s Gospel indicate that: “He [The Spirit] will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.” (Hence, they are separate). … “Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason, I told you that he (Spirit) will take from what is mine and declare it to you. (All Three, Father, Son, and Spirit).
You and I among Billions are separate but hold One Faith.

A través de las Escrituras del Domingo de la Trinidad, nuestra Iglesia revela mucho sobre el Dios que adoramos. Primero, del Libro de Proverbios, que por Su naturaleza Él es la plenitud de la Sabiduría. Es de Su Ser, y todo lo que Dios creó revela Su Sabiduría. La sabiduría entró en cada aspecto de la tierra que observamos. La sabiduría estuvo presente en Dios cuando se crearon los cielos y el firmamento. Los cimientos de la tierra, los límites del mar, son todos obra Suya y están bajo Su mando. Él se deleita en la sabiduría de todo lo que creó. Este es el Dios que seguimos adorando.
Oh Señor, Dios nuestro, ¡cuán maravilloso es Tu nombre en toda la tierra!
La sabiduría brilló poderosamente en el Dios Creador. Para nosotros, la fe en el único Dios verdadero de Abraham nos ha llevado a la justicia y la paz que encontramos por la fe en Cristo resucitado, nuestro Salvador. Pablo enseña: «Justificados por la fe, tenemos paz con Dios por medio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo». Una cadena de gracia nos saluda ahora de Dios, el Creador; A Jesús, el Justificador; al Espíritu Santo, Aliento de Perdón y Paz. En este Domingo de la Trinidad, Pablo, con razonamiento teológico, nos conecta con el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo. Ni siquiera la aflicción puede separarnos, dice. Confiamos, incluso nos jactamos, de compartir la gloria de Dios, la fe de nuestra Iglesia.
En el Evangelio, Jesús, en la Última Cena, antes de su oración sacerdotal, lamentó no poder revelar todo lo que quería, porque no sería comprendido. Distinguió al Espíritu Santo de sí mismo diciendo: «Pero cuando venga él, el Espíritu de verdad, os guiará a toda la verdad». No la verdad del Espíritu, sino la verdad probablemente escuchada del mismo Jesús. La Iglesia, NOSOTROS, compartimos la naturaleza de Dios, pero nosotros, los miembros de Cristo, no somos todos iguales.
El Padre Dios es diferente de su Hijo Jesús y del Espíritu. Son tres, y diferentes entre sí. Dos versículos (Jn 16:14-15) pronunciados por Jesús al final del Evangelio de hoy indican: «Él [el Espíritu] me glorificará, porque tomará de lo mío y os lo hará saber». (Por lo tanto, son distintos). … «Todo lo que tiene el Padre es mío; por eso os dije que él (el Espíritu) tomará de lo mío y os lo hará saber». (Los tres: Padre, Hijo y Espíritu).
Tú y yo, entre miles de millones, estamos separados, pero compartimos una sola fe.
