(ANS – Rome) – Culminating a week of intense reflection, dialogue, and discernment, the Don Bosco Tech Visioning reached a defining moment of shared direction and strategic convergence. The final day began with the celebration of Holy Mass, presided over by Fr. Rafael Bejarano, who grounded the gathering in the heart of the Salesian mission. In today’s context, it was emphasized that this mission finds one of its most concrete expressions in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), where skills training opens pathways to employment, restores dignity, and creates real opportunities for young people’s futures.

Building on the insights gained throughout the week, the gathering moved into a focused dialogue with the Regional Councilors. This strategic conversation sought to strengthen alignment, improve coordination, and reinforce shared responsibility across regions. From the exchange emerged a clear and shared understanding: the Don Bosco Tech network has grown into one of the most significant and visible expressions of the Salesian mission worldwide. Such growth, however, now calls for a decisive shift—from decentralized and at times fragmented efforts toward a more coordinated, system-driven, and globally aligned approach.

This transformation requires concrete commitments, including:

• Clearer governance and defined roles at all levels
• Stronger coordination between regional and global structures
• Strategic communication and updated systems that drive decision-making and ensure measurable impact

From this convergence of reflection, dialogue, and strategic planning, a renewed global identity was defined—the birth of Don Bosco Tech Global.

Don Bosco Tech Global emerges as a unified and coordinated network committed to transforming and empowering young people through high-quality, industry-aligned TVET, delivered with excellence and measurable impact. It represents a significant evolution: moving from operating as separate regional networks to functioning as one global community, guided by shared standards, common objectives, and a collective commitment to excellence in skills development.

As the visioning journey concluded, the direction became unmistakably clear: to move forward not as separate initiatives, but as one coordinated global network. Don Bosco Tech Global stands as the concrete outcome of this shared journey, setting in motion coordinated actions aimed at transforming lives through skills, values, and opportunity—remaining faithful to the Salesian mission of educating both hearts and hands.
