(Los Angeles, California) – The Salesians of Don Bosco, Province of the United States West, is seeking a Youth Ministry Project Coordinator for Parishes to strengthen youth ministry across its nine Salesian parishes.

This full-time, hybrid position is based in the Los Angeles area and will support the implementation of the Design–Serve–Reflect Initiative. Responsibilities include accompanying parish leaders, mentoring young people, coordinating service and faith-formation initiatives, and developing youth leadership opportunities. Through collaboration, formation, and shared resources, the coordinator will help young people ages 14–30 grow as missionary disciples and active participants in parish life, particularly those most in need.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience in Catholic youth ministry, program coordination, and leadership development. A passion for Salesian spirituality and accompanying young people as they discover and develop their gifts is essential.
