(Los Angeles, California – November 1–7, 2026) – The Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) USA West took to Instagram to celebrate National Vocation Awareness Week with a seven-day digital takeover inviting young people to reflect on God’s call in their lives.

Each day highlights a different dimension of vocation, including priesthood and religious life, family life, lay ministry, Salesian holiness, missionary service, and personal discernment.

On November 4, 2026, SYM dedicated its prayer to the incredible Salesian teachers, catechists, Campus Youth Ministers (CYMs), volunteers, and laypeople who bring the Gospel to life in Salesian settings and communities. The Salesian Youth Movement extends heartfelt thanks to all lay collaborators and educators for their dedication and service!

Prayer from the Salesian Youth Movement Animation Team:

Lord, show us how to make Your love visible wherever we go. Bless those who teach, accompany, encourage, and serve. Remind us that holiness can grow through ordinary work, everyday kindness, and the decision to put others first. Amen.
