(St. Mary’s Church & School, Los Angeles) – Sr. Anna Bui, FMA, bid farewell to both the school and the parish.  The audience filled the “banquet hall” each grade of the school presented special acts. One group of children dressed in the vocation that they expected to be a grownups: one wanted to be a priest, another a scientist, another a doctor, another a baseball player, another a Salesian Sister, and so on.

The parish and school decided to give Sr. Anna a special going away gift. But what do you give a Sr. Principal who has everything?  The financial council of St. Mary’s Church decided to give Sr. Anna $100 for each year of service. She has served our community for ten years. The St. Mary’s parish and school community will miss her and the wonderful legacy she has left us.
