You are going to laugh at me this week. Yes, I am showing you two charts comparing some of your favorite foods. The goal is for you to now look at the food item and determine whether the glucose content meets your dietary choice. It is a cliché; a picture is better than a thousand words. I, myself, have changed my breakfast choice; instead of eating a whole banana, I decided to have half.
Your home work from the Care Ministry this week: if you really care about how much sugar you need, review the charts one more time.
